Dr. Simone has dedicated his career
to studying and perfecting advanced techniques that enable his clients to
regain the quality of life they desire.
He is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Dental Association, Nevada Dental Association, and the Clark County Dental Association. He is also a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry, participates in the Seattle Institute for Advanced Dental Education, and serves on the Nevada State Dental Peer Review. Staff privileges at Parkway Surgery Center allow him to provide dental care in an outpatient setting for clients requiring general anesthesia.
Dr. Simone is also committed to continuing education so he remains current with the latest dental research and technology. To further his understanding of cosmetic dentistry and new advancements in adhesive dentistry, he participated in the Pacific Aesthetic Continuum at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Simone is also a faculty member at the UCLA School of Dentistry, Center for Aesthetic Dentistry.
Dr. Simone is also an honors graduate from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dentistry, where he earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He completed undergraduate training at St. John Fisher College, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in biology.
Upon graduation from dental school, Dr. Simone completed a residency in general dentistry at Rochester General Hospital. This postgraduate work allowed for additional training in the dental specialties.
Born and raised in Rochester, New York, Dr. Simone has been a Las Vegas resident since 1986. He was the recipient of the 1997 Child Advocate of the Year award for providing volunteer dental care to foster children in Clark County. In his leisure time he enjoys scuba diving, flying sailplanes and spending time with his fiancée Pam and their labrador retriever, Sparky.
Office Administrator
Nancy has been with Dr. Simone since 1997 and has been working in the dental field since 1988. She is responsible for incoming telephone calls, greeting patients and scheduling. Nancy enjoys hiking, cross country skiing, and running with her husband and 14 year old daughter.
Office Coordinator
Christine started working with Dr. Simone in 1999 handling the
marketing, financial arrangements, and public
relations. Christine has 18 years experience in dental office
management. In her spare time she cares for and photographs her two
adorable Shitzus. Christine also enjoys crafts, collecting, and
sharing her life with her best friend and soul mate, Joe.
Clinical Assistant
Kelly has been assisting Dr. Simone since 1995. She assists Dr. Simone with all clinical procedures and also assists patients with designing a smile that will complement their facial features. Kelly attended Arizona State University and along with Dr. Simone she has many hours in continued education. She has a 10 year old daughter and enjoys swimming, hiking, skiing, and skydiving.
Clinical Dental Assistant
Alaina assists Dr. Simone daily with clinical procedures and regular office operations. She has worked with Dr. Simone for a little over a year. She attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas and underwent extensive training with Dr. Simone and his clinical staff. Alaina moved to Las Vegas in 1998 from Portland, Oregon and enjoys the Arts and anything outdoors. In 1998 Alaina received an award for achievement in theatre.
Dental Hygienist
Celeste is a hygienist that enjoys promoting dental health and well being throughout the office, such as oral hygiene instructions, brushing and flossing, importance of recall appointments and recommendations such as bleaching. She has been working with Dr. Simone since 1999 and has been a dental hygienist for 12 years. She attended Ferris State University of Michigan and has a degree in communication, transferring from the University of Michigan to the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Her interests include running, lifting weights, golf, and traveling with her husband and daughter.
Dental Hygienist
As a hygienist for Dr. Simone, Claire's experience as a teacher makes patients feel comfortable in learning the proper oral hygiene home care techniques. She graduated from CCSN in 1999 and has been working with Dr. Simone since mid January. When Claire is not at work, she enjoys jazz, reading and other types of exercise.
Dental Hygienist
Cara has been a hygienist for 12 years and enjoys providing excellent preventative dental care and promoting optimal dental health. She graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene. When Cara is not working she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
